Do you [or your spouse/partner] currently have any money or assets that are held in retirement accounts? Please include any Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs), Keogh plans and employer-based defined contribution retirement plans, such as 401K, in which the benefits are based on how much money has accumulated in a person's pension or retirement account. Please do not count annuities or defined benefit retirement plans, as we will discuss them later on. The benefits in these latter plans are based on a formula involving age and years of service.
